Who We're For
A lot of people picture a gym and imagine heavy weights, big egos, and not knowing where to start. MVMT is the opposite of that. Our small group training is built for real people who want a coach in their corner and a community that shows up with them.
Every class is capped at four people and runs 50 minutes. We offer women's-only and men's-only groups, so you train in an environment that feels comfortable from day one — right here on E. Shea in Scottsdale.
