Head Men's Training
My fitness journey began in the depths of a challenging childhood, shaped by hardship and an abusive environment. Working out became my escape, a way to protect the inner child within me and find strength that I could control. My mother, who competed in bodybuilding, sparked that initial flame, and at just 10 years old, I picked up my first weight set, knowing deep down that I had the potential to grow, not only in muscle but in resilience.
As I trained through my teenage years, I pursued sports and fitness as both a refuge and a passion, pushing myself to be stronger, faster, and better. For me, it wasn’t just about building my body — it was about building a life I could be proud of, free from the shadows of my past. I wanted to be bigger than the pain I had endured, bigger than my father, and stronger than the circumstances that tried to break me.
But life had its ups and downs. I strayed from my path, falling into toxic relationships and unhealthy choices that cost me both my physical and mental well-being. Losing muscle, motivation, and focus, I drifted far from the gym. Yet, no matter how many times I fell, the call of bodybuilding always brought me back. It wasn’t just a hobby — it was a lifeline.
In 2023, I made the life-changing decision to dedicate myself fully to bodybuilding as a career. With the incredible support and belief of MVMT, Annie, and Kenny, I was given the opportunity to compete and run their gym — a place where I could channel my journey into helping others find strength, hope, and transformation.
My mission now is clear: to create a space where people cannot only build their bodies but rebuild their lives. Fitness gave me the power to overcome, and I want to share that gift with everyone who walks through our doors. No matter where you’ve come from or what you’ve faced, I believe that through hard work, dedication, and the right environment, you can transform your life, just as I have.
Head Women's Training
For most of my life, I felt like an outsider—like I didn’t belong anywhere. No matter where I went or who I was with, there was always this underlying sense of not fitting in. That feeling, that emptiness, led me down a dark path at a young age. I turned to drugs and alcohol to numb myself and fill the void. But eventually, that road brought me to a breaking point. I knew I needed to change, so I went to rehab and got sober.
In sobriety, I was searching for something—anything—that would help me stay grounded and keep my sanity. That’s when I discovered running. It became my lifeline. I’d run for hours, just me and the road, pouring all of my emotions into each step. Every mile gave me a sense of freedom and clarity. The dopamine rush was a natural high, and for the first time in a long time, I felt alive. I ran several half marathons, and even a marathon, just chasing that feeling of peace.
In 2017, everything changed. I met my husband, and he introduced me to bodybuilding. At first, I didn’t know what to expect. But when I started training, something inside of me clicked. I began to see my body transform, and for the first time, I felt strong. Really strong. Bodybuilding became my new addiction—but this time, it was a healthy one. I threw myself into it fully, as I do with everything.
Before I knew it, I was competing in my first bodybuilding competition, and to my shock, I won 1st place in the women’s physique division. That victory wasn’t just a trophy for me—it was validation that I had found my place. I had found my strength.
Now, I’m retired from competing, but I’ve found a new purpose: helping others. As a coach, I get to witness people transform not just their bodies, but their self-confidence. Watching them become empowered reminds me of my own journey, and there’s nothing more fulfilling than that. At MVMT, I’ve built a family-like environment where everyone feels accepted, no matter where they come from or what they’ve been through. That’s what I’m most passionate about—creating a space where people can heal, grow, and become the best versions of themselves, just like I did.
Social Media Manager/Videographer
I first stepped into a commercial gym at 18, just when the world of fitness content was starting to explode on social media. I decided I wanted to try my hand at creating fitness content, imagining I’d just record my workouts and share them with the world. It all seemed so simple in my head, but the reality was far different. After completing my first video, I realized it lacked the dynamic elements I admired in other content.
I became fascinated with videography, particularly how different angles, cuts, and perspectives could bring a static scene to life. I knew I needed to get behind the camera if I truly wanted to capture the essence of a workout. That’s when I started teaching myself videography from the ground up. With no formal training, I turned to YouTube, experimenting with different techniques, editing software, and camera gear until I started producing videos that not only met but exceeded my own expectations. What began as a side passion slowly grew into a full-fledged career.
My journey with MVMT Fitness Club began as their in-house videographer before I stepped into the role of social media manager. Being the social media manager has been incredibly rewarding because it allows me to merge my love for storytelling with the strategic side of brand-building. What I love most is the interaction with the MVMT community online and seeing how the content we create resonates with them. It’s amazing to see members motivated, inspired, and proud to be part of something bigger.
Today, I’m proud to say that I’ve turned a self-taught passion into a career that I love. My goal at MVMT Fitness Club is to continue growing our online community while providing content that inspires both current and prospective members.
Group Trainer
As a fitness coach with over five years of expertise in group fitness, personalized training, and kickboxing, my journey has been deeply rooted in personal growth and self-discovery. Growing up, I participated in various sports but was never fully committed, which led to fluctuations in my weight that negatively impacted my mental health. It wasn’t until high school, when I started weightlifting for wrestling, that I began to develop some strength. However, without proper knowledge or consistency, my results were limited.
After high school, I pursued a degree in kinesiology, which ignited my passion for biomechanics and the science behind the human body. During this time, I faced personal challenges and gained a significant amount of weight, but with my newfound education, I was able to approach fitness more intelligently. I became obsessed with understanding the root causes of my physical and mental challenges and learned that by taking care of one, I could positively influence the other.
This holistic approach led me to work as a group fitness instructor, where I also began training in combat sports, drawing from my wrestling background. However, after undergoing hernia surgery, I felt weak during recovery and shifted my focus toward bodybuilding and building skeletal muscle mass. This journey showed me that I had been limiting myself and that I could achieve more than I thought possible.
Throughout my career as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I have worked with over 300 clients, designing custom meal plans and training cycles to ensure each person reaches their goals. Those who have worked with me emphasize their appreciation for my unique energy, adaptivity, as well as his genuine passion to ensure client results, as I believe it directly reflects my success as your coach.
Since moving to Arizona, I’ve found a home at MVMT Fitness Club. Initially joining as a member, I quickly realized that MVMT aligned with my values more closely than any other gym I’d worked out of, especially in its commitment to real progress and results. As a coach here, my mission is to help clients discover their own potential through smart, sustainable training and to guide them in achieving both physical and mental strength.
